We will recruit foreign nurses and for this service, we are responsible for all recruiting and immigration activities. After obtaining your exact requirements regarding the number of nurses as well as experience required, we will do the best recruiting effort by choosing the nurses based upon your criteria. This allows you to get the exact fit for your facilities both in the type of nurse and type of personality you require.

Such a recruiting process normally takes from 9 to 12 months before the recruited nurses can work in your facility. That is why it is essential that you contact us right away so we can begin the recruitment process as soon as possible before the shortage of staff nurses hampers the smooth operation of your facility.

All nurses recruited by AMS have already passed the CGFNS exam and in many instances, have also passed all the required English exams. Based on the healthcare facility's requirements, the nurses can either have already taken and/or passed the NCLEX-RN before arriving or will be taking the NCLEX upon arrival in the U.S. where AMS will also assist in the education of nurses to result in successful NCLEX passes.
